JL: Our products are sourced from trusted manufacturers in India who meet our quality and ethical standards. We work with leftover fabrics from bigger fashion companies in order not to start up new mills and prints.
Q: How often do you release new designs?

Q: Can I customize my own Army Shirt Jacket or Vest?
JL: Yes, in collaboration with Louise, you can select available glittery patches and badges for your unique piece.
Q: What is the production time of the hand stitched Army Shirt jackets and Vests ?
JL: Normally the production time is 4-5 working days after final settlement of patches and payment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
JL: We accept PayPal or PayNow
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it ?
JL: Ordes can only be modified or canceled within a limited time after purchase, Please contact us as soon as possible before shipping out.

JL: Yes, we ship to selected countries worldwide, we work with DHL International Shipping. Please contact us for shipping rate for your country.
Q: How long does delivery take ?
JL: Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Local orders in Singapore will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Standard International shipping typically takes 3-6 working days.
Q: Can I track my order ?
JL: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Q: Can I get my order delivered to Badger & Fox, Tanglin Mall?
JL: Yes, please contact customer service via email or Whatsapp if you want to skip the shipping fee. We will provide a "Check out" code to enter at checkout. Do note opening hours in Badger & Fox 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday - Sunday.

JL: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attatched. However we do NOT offer return of the customized Army Shirt Jackets or Vests.
